Institutional networking will be pursued with leading policy, finance and justice institution and leading Universities at home and abroad and selected regional and international research bodies. Networking activities will primarily focus on joint research, exchange of scholars, sharing of library and other research resources, online collaboration through data base management and video conferencing and others, joint publication, conference, workshop and seminar.
